If you need a refund

Checkout is not open yet. Until it is, there is nothing to charge on this site. If we have already invoiced you by email, write to hello@surveydoctorapp.com and we will sort it.

When payments go through a merchant

Card charges, tax, receipts, and the customer portal will belong to the merchant of record (planned: Lemon Squeezy). Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

Once that is live, the intended policy is:

• If the app will not run on a supported machine, or you were charged in error, email within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that payment.
• Cancel a subscription in the customer portal before the renewal date. The current period stays active until it ends; we do not prorate unused time.
• Unsigned-installer warnings (SmartScreen, Gatekeeper) are disclosed before you pay. Those warnings alone are not a refund reason if the app otherwise runs.

This can change before the first public checkout. If you need something different for a purchase order, say so in the email.
