What we collect, and what we do not

This website

surveydoctorapp.com is a static page. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or an account system. We do not set cookies for tracking. If you email us, we see whatever you put in the message.

The desktop app

SurveyDoctor runs on your computer. Data dictionaries you open stay on your machine. If you connect to REDCap, the app requests metadata only — not records or participant data. The API token is kept in memory for that session and is not written to project files or sent to us.

We do not receive your dictionaries, tokens, or REDCap project contents.

Payments

When checkout is available, card payments and invoices will be handled by a merchant of record (for example Lemon Squeezy). They collect what they need to charge you, remit tax, and send receipts. We do not store card numbers.

A license key tied to your subscription may be stored locally in the app so you do not have to paste it every launch. That key is not your REDCap token.
